EVERYONE deserves a life well lived...

I graduated from Trinity Western University with my Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology in 2005. During my undergraduate, and graduate studies I worked with children affected by the autism spectrum, and other pervasive developmental and cognitive delays. After graduation, I took a short term position with the school district of Abbotsford as a Itinerant Youth Care Worker. I was then offered a position as a liaison between the Ministry of Children and Family Development and SD #34. I worked as the mental health clinician/school liaison for the next 11 years and enjoyed it immensely. It was both a challenge and a joy and I enjoy staying in contact with my colleagues from both ministries. Experience gained through these positions has given me a unique ability help the children and adolescents I have the honor of working alongside. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents and their families in the areas of anxiety, depression, attention and behavioral issues, as well as trauma. I love working with individuals, their families, and the professionals working to support them. I have also had the pleasure of creating and running groups for several different topics of interest and look forward to offering some of these, and more in my private practice.
